Can I inspect my order on delivery?+
Where the courier supports inspection, check the piece before accepting it while keeping all tags and packaging intact.
Can I exchange a size?+
Size exchanges depend on stock availability and the item remaining unworn, unused and in its original condition. Additional delivery fees may apply.

What if a design has a special fit?+
The product page lists available sizes and fit notes. Some relaxed silhouettes intentionally have more ease.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Available methods include cash on delivery, InstaPay and supported Paymob card or wallet payments when enabled.
Is online payment secure?+
Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider. Nolié does not store full card details.

How should I care for my Nolié piece?+
Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment. Delicate fabrics generally benefit from gentle cleaning and careful storage.
Will sold-out pieces return?+
Selected pieces may be restocked. Contact customer care with the product name to ask about availability.
